  1. Nice video, I wish I could do these! I have Hallux Rigidus – very limited ROM. Pilates footwork has helped to alleviate my total flat-footedness, but both feet have Hallux Limitus in the joint. No way can I pull my toes toward me nor control between the big toe and second toe at all, sadly. 🙁 Suggestions?
