  1. Nice way to get a quick workout in. One question, though: Those pistol squats look to me like they're really bad for your knees. The knee is pushed way beyond the line of the toes and, as far as I know, you never want that to happen during any type of squating movement. In addition, Craig seems to be pushing most of his weight through the front part of his foot, which is even more stress to the knee joint. Any comments on this?

For sure is a though workout, but in my opinion the exercises he performed need a way better form to be really effective, the time under tension and the balancing action during a pistol squat or a push up are surely key parts of these exercises, and in this video there is short time under tension and not much balance.
