  2. Hey I'm really curious, whenever people want to lose weight they drink loads of water. Unfortunately I am underweight, should I still be drinking alot of water? Or will that make me lose MORE weight than gain? Also I'm just starting to go the gym to gain muscle, so not very knowledgeable 😥
