I thought this was doable and didn't feel excruciating burns, so I thought maybe it was because I was using lower weights that maybe this workout wasn't as effective for me as it seems to have been for others….I innocently thought this until I tried pressing down on hand soap and had a hard time doing that 😂😭

  2. I only have a pair of dumb bells, changing the weight take a while longer. So I fit what weight I can manage onto the threaded bar and for the lighter exercises I use the iron plates. It's a bit awkward but still effective. It would be cool having the same set you own but I don't trust myself to keep up with the workouts & they'll gather dust. Maybe one day somebody will sell their unused set. As ever TCFN
