Thank you for this workout like, I've been working out for over a years and 6 months, I'm 230 and 5'6, when I started I was 280 or more but got stuck in 240 and changed my workout and did it consistently but only got to 230 so I got unmotivated and only walk but this really motivated me to combine dance with walking ( I used to workout 2 hours 6 or 7 days doing cardio combined with HIT and other things) any recommendations?
