I realize this is silly, but I must admit I still haven't tried Cheat & Recover just because I'm embarrassed by the prospect of looking like another clueless fool lifting really heavy with momentum and overall improper form. Again, I know it's silly, and I'll probably try it once I get over that. It does seem inviting.

  2. this is fantastic, I only work out alone and until now have only been applying your chewt and recover technique to back, with this I can incorporate it into chest which is great since I superset back and chest. until now I have only been using the cheat and recover with plate loaded isolateral pulldown machines. nest time I do back and chest I am going to superset the back and chest utilizing cheat and recover for both, should be intense.

  3. I don't know. I don't mean to be a "doubting Thomas" but this cheat and recover stuff just looks like a great way to injure a tendon or tear a muscle. Is it really worth the risk? I think I'll stick to traditional workout methodology for now. I'm going to keep watching though! Now, don't anyone be a hater, it's just my bullshit opinion.
