  1. I've been sick lately so I kind of "dropped out" of this challenge for a bit. I'm glad I got back to it. This was a really good session, just what I needed for an immunity booster. I really enjoyed the background music in this… Maybe you should include music more often. It helped me focus better. (Just a suggestion 😉) and guess what?! I did crow pose for the first time ever!!!! I'm so excited and proud of myself I could cry! Lol thank you! If it wasn't for you, I would of never learned it. All the other instructors I've tried to follow, just cannot break it down and make it simple. Thank you! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🎆🎉🎈

  2. haha… was a bit sore after yesterday, so rather than morning routines, I push this to the evening because I saw the runtime. I was really thankful to find this one lower impact, focused more on breathing and supported stretching. The half hour runtime flew by. Thanks Adrien. No hate for day 8!

  3. Adrienne forever coming through in my hardest times. Mars will soon move in to home in Aries, and being a dominant Martian, I've been going through a spiral of rage. This year has been quite difficult, so having my emotions transformed into anger has made me want to crush almost everything. So I figured I'd start yoga-ing again. I feel different after this session, less angry. It's day one for me, so I'll just go with that until 30. Don't hate. Meditate, and be great. Thank you Adrienne!

  4. This was the best episode so far. Felt so much conennection and peacefulness but you also brought smile to my face with your playful comments. And I said "maybe today is the day" and here we go I was holding my feet in my hand, and I was so proud. wooow.
Thank you Adriene, amazing guided yoga, the best actually! 🙂

  5. love this so much, this 30 days of yoga is exactly what I needed and when the 30 days are over I shall continue! I have been needing to connect with myself, quite the mind and get back to who I truly am, yoga is helping soooo much. its been 9 days and I already have much more awareness of my body, my posture is better and as soon as I slouch I am aware and correct. Love your personality and vibe Adriene, you have made this so much more easier and doable with your chilled attitude <3 much love and blessings xoxo

  6. Another amazing day wow. I couldn’t fit in a video the past couple of days and I found myself missing it. I could feel myself getting tight as I sat at my desk for those two days. I forced myself to do yoga for myself today since I have a particularly busy day and I am so grateful that I did. This was exactly what I needed and the play time with crow and pigeon was so wonderful. Never realized how much tension I had in my hips. Thanks for this amazing challenge!

  7. Any tips on how to be more flexible at the pose at the 11:00 minute mark? I can barely sit up straight with my legs stretched out like that, let alone being physically able to move forward onto my forearms. I have always been so tight there, even touching my toes has always been a challenge. Any tips or poses to do to help with this?
