  1. I loved this practice today. I was feeling extremely sore in my lower body from going to the gym yesterday & I was nervous that it was going to hurt even worse. This practice actually loosened me up & stretched all the right places.

    Quick question: Should my knees be in that much pain during a table top position or when we go into a low lunge? It feels like my knee is on the tile floor rather than on yoga mat. Is it time for a new mat? lol

  2. Today I felt distracted and disconnected from my body and movements. I was super shakey and stiff. But I stuck with it and not only felt a bit better by the end of the practice, but I also was so proud of myself for getting onto the mat when I really could've just stayed on the couch instead. Thank you Adriene for your gentle reminders to keep with it and embrace the days that feel less than graceful. I suppose I'll be back bright and early tomorrow!

  3. Found a beginners group (once a week) recently, for the first two sessions felt like it wasn’t enough, then found this. So I’m on day 4 and this really is the best so far! I still shake a lot, but I feel like I’m making progress already – came to yoga for a combination of so many things – being overweight, hypermobile and depressed, it seemed like a good way to get gently moving and address all three things at once. Guess I’ll see where I’m at by the end of the 30 days!

  4. Not even 4 days in my posture is so much better, I’m naturally standing taller and my shoulders are now naturally pulled back which had been a challenge for me. Thank you so much Adrienne, your love and compassion emanates through your videos and I look forward to this 30 day dedicate series everyday. X
