  1. Adrienne, thank you so much for the TRUE 30 day yoga practice. I have definitely noticed a difference in my body and the way I choose to move because of the teachings and listening in the practice. thank you for being such a high vibe online. Every time I do the silent flow, I cry with joy.

One thing I am dying to know, when I met and hugged you after your class in Atlanta last year, you smelled so good. I don't like perfume and your essence was definitely essential oils of some kind. You smelled so beautiful. Can you share it with us? Thank you. I love you.

  2. Hello Adriene! I've been following your practice videos for some time, and this is the first time I post a comment here (as I can remember!). I must say that I'm not in the Kula (soon I'll be!) but I already feel as part of this big community you are helping to create. Your generosity and joy cativated me. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and spirit with us. I wish you a good year! I send you and your team good sunny vibrations from Rio de Janeiro <3

  3. I’m always happy to see that I’m not the only person that has this insatiable urge to bust out showtunes AT ALL TIMES. 🎶😍 Adriene, keep singing out loud and shining bright…I wish you so much light and love for 2018!! Can’t wait to see what’s next on this yoga journey – Tina 🌿

  4. I am so excited to join this community and start the 30 day challenge! I am a beginner but look forward to seeing what a committed yoga practice can do for me in the new year! Also, I LOVE that you sang “all that jazz”!!! I sing “and all that jazz” at least once a day when talking to my kids, usually listing things and I end with “and all that jazz “!!!!!
