  1. Scott, no offense but why do you try so hard to have a Boston accent? I
think we can all tell that its forced and unnatural, we hear your
regular accent throughout so many other words you use. I love your
videos though you are very intelligent and do a good job informing
everyone on fitness etc. i just get distracted from the accent. I don't
expect you to address this or anything and i imagine you might take
offense as my comment might come off as rude, but i really hope not.
Keep up the great work though, you are doing a hell of a job.

  2. A good bit of advice I can give anyone who's started to workout and losing motivation is this: Doing a challenge or a 60 day program etc, might be good, and whilst it'll grant results and stuff like that I don't think it's the way to go over a long period of time.

At the end of the day it's about living healthy, working out an amount you're comfortable with, every week, eating healthy, and continuing to do this, for the rest of your life. That's why you should allow yourself to have a bit of unhealthy stuff every once in a while as well if you feel like it.

I see people going overboard with training and dieting all the time, only to relapse back into unhealthy lives again a few months later, and that's because they're setting up these strict short plans, they're not actually enjoying the ride so to say. It's a question of changing your lifestyle for the better.

Your life is not a 100 meter sprint, it's a marathon, and so it's about finding a healthy fun middle ground – metahorically speaking 🙂

OH and PS: you rock Scott!!

  3. Shane moss did fantastic! Here comes the excuses but for me finally having a offer accepted for a flat I wanted to buy took up a lot of my time!

Are you going to do another one like this again ? I also don't know why my membership stopped being a platinum member?!?

Again excuses aside he and the others did very well! Gutted I didn't somehow find the time !

  4. Hey Scott! I was wondering if you know what could be the problem. For a little while now my left lat has been having this annoying dull ache, it doesnt hurt at all, its just as if theres a constant pressure on it and its really annoying… What do you think it could be, and how could I get rid of it?

  5. Hey Scott
I lIve in the UK and I am trying to sign up to your website however when I click submit it keeps telling me 'invalid zip code' and 'invalid state'. As I live in the UK I have a postcode rather than a zip so I attempted to write it in the box but unfortunately it didn't work.
Hopefully you can help me out man.

  6. I was wondering I'm 5"7 135 pounds. Every part of my body is great in terms of lower body fat besides my lower stomach. You can see my abs and they look okay but I want my lower stomach flat. Do I need to cut calories or what? I'm gaining muscle and eating a lot and was wondering if I should just continue eating a lot. I eat healthy and eat a lot of good fat and carbs so I'm confused.
