  1. @TheSunny1993
Insanity the asylum you need a cheab set of dumbbells, pullup bar, and the rest of equipment they give to you.
    I would reccomend this:
    squat: 5-8 reps
    squat jumps: max
    lunges: 5-8 reps
    lateral squat jumps: max
    repeat 3-4 times.
Only do this workout twice a week
When doing any jumping move go only about half the range of motion of a original squat then explode up.

  2. @TheBallinStalin Models do exactly what they do… bodybuilding is just a category of modeling, it doesn't matter how "hard" you think they work. And sprinters calves are always thin if they are really fast, and though many NFL players have big calves they don't need big calves, it wouldn't help them much, look at michael jordan's calves for basketball, they're is an article talking about how in basketball you should make your calves more explosive but keep them small cause it holds u bak

  3. @JohnMateeee hey, Scott's a busy man so i'll do my best to answer your question. I prefer to work 1 muscle group at a time, except I work my back and biceps on the same day (back first; much bigger muscle) and my shoulders and triceps same day as well. I try to work every other day which hits the muscles about once every 8 days.
    ex. Back & bi monday
    Chest wed.
    legs fri
    Shoulders and tri on sunday
then back and bi again on tuesday.
I'm not hella huge but this gives me the results I'm looking for

  4. Thanks, Scott!
I'm an injured rugbyplayer, that's getting fat, because of all this sitting and waiting for recovery.
Your videos really inspire me to go doing something, and everytime I watch, i get so motivated. Thanks, you're my favourite ''athlete'' because your videos are also funny to watch. You're gonna be my hero, when I'm back at full capacity.
to them talking about Scott being ''small''
Unlike those big monsters with huge ass steroid muscles, his muscles can WORK, and not just be there

  5. @iletya If you knew a thing or 2 about this then you'd know that when FITNESS is your field this is what you look like. Those huge guys you see are into BODYBUILDING, different field that usually involves the use of steroids and other substances that ruin your body and health 🙂 And even subjectively speaking I don't think you can describe him as small in any way lol 🙂

  6. @ScottHermanFitness – dude he is huge, and obviously he has to mantain a model figure which is ripped, big, but not deform like a bodybuilder… if youre talking about height thats another topic, and he also has a good height… Btw scott what is youre bicep measure, just wondering, to see if im in the right path,, keep it up, youre great.
