  2. I use dumbbells because I live in an apartment and I'm too fat for the gym. Gets a little hard to get those weights on top of you when you get over your own weight. But with Olympic dumbbell bars I get near infinite flexibility with weight. And I've already replaced my man tits with actual muscle so it does work well.
