  2. Respect to Stephanie! I follow her on IG shes an absolute beast, always pairing heavy compound movements together. She is a perfect example how women can lift heavy and be sexy. Women coming into the gym should get it out of their mentality that lifting heavy makes you look bulky or manly! It is really the diet that determines your physique regardless so train hard without fearing the consequences of your work. Also hell yea I hit isolation glutes as a dude! no shame lol as long as you're working harder than everyone around you, you shouldn't give two shits 🙂
