  1. Scott, I've always trusted you and I continue to do so, but does that brain gadget thingy actually work?
    If it does work, I'll probably end up buying one since I have some pretty major issues with sleep. To emphasize.. It's currently 6:55am, I spent 4 hours trying to sleep and went for a 2 hour walk from 4-6am. My body is tired, but my mind won't shut off, some nights are worse than others.

    I am a sceptic however and I fear this "gadget" doesn't do an awful lot more than a 5-10min meditation session would accomplish.

  2. Umm hey Scott, can you please not dead lift and drop the weights like that. You could ruin your floor, and that is unacceptable.
    Please use the smith machine with 50% of your 1RM at MOST if your going to train here please.
