  1. I LOVED this workout routine! I loved that it paid attention to the arms and chest. I feel like I don't pay attention to my arms and chest as I do everything else. Easy to follow, and the moves are perfect for beginners like myself. Can you girls do more of these? I love workout out with Kareena and Katrina because I feel like I'm working out with my girlfriends =)

  2. as an instructor I can understand how to do it, but I think it would be better if you give more pointers like how exactly to position the body on the ball and give more modifications to people who are not strong enough yet and find it difficult to stablilze themselves on the ball.. 🙂
