Spartan Race – The Rope Climb

The Spartan Race would not be as much as the legend if there wasn’t some type of Rope Climb thrown into the combination, particularly one with a jingly carrot on the high, and a few kind of bathroom of foulness on the backside.

This week we’re operating with one thing barely completely different for primary coaching. First up is a primary rope climb tutorial, simply in case your rope does not have the convenience of use and climb knots. And second is a few workout routines to get your conditioned into a superb rope climb.

  1. Great videos. I've done 2 sprints so far and have another sprint and a super left this year. I've been having trouble with the spear, the pilings, the rope, and the traverse wall. But I added some strength training this year that helped me conquer the rope and made all the walls easier too. These videos give me hope!! Thanks.
