    Age 32
    I was formerly obese my height was 180cm. 143.6kg weight.
    My current weight now is 92kg.
    I used to take personal trainer worried it might hve excess skin. Is there any alternatives way to built muscle mass? I still can't do push. My hands is so weak. I know its my weight issues. How to start make ur hands strong and do proper push ups? Kindly do videos of push up that benefits. Does it built muscle mass.. Do i need to take proteins..
