  1. Thank you for this soothing video- please take more time explaining positions as we are to transition into them in fuller detail so i can keep my eyes shut; as well as please (since this is supposed to be relaxing) allow more time for each posture- especially if they will be repeated- that was stressful for me- I love your videos and am having to let go of some HEAVY stuff and last thing i need is to come out of a relaxing position to pause/rewind the video. I love your channel so much. Namaskar <3

  2. Decided to try this video out in hopes of applying my overall intention for my yoga pratice. That intention is to be present, fully and completely present in the current moment. This really helped me to clear my head and focus on your words, the sensations of each pose and to trust in myself more in these moments. Yet another incredible video! Well done, namaste 🙏

  3. These videos are excellent. I had four spine surgeries, two in my neck and two in the lower back. I have bern with a lot of pain for more than 10 years. I practiced Yoga before and after the surgeries, but my spine is not the same after the surgeries. My body is not as flexible as it was before and I have to be carful of what I do because I can hurt my back or create more pain and stiffness when I exercise, but these videos really help my to release pain and anxiety. Thank You Adrienne.
