  1. Even when Adriene is feeling goofy, she manages to stay on message throughout the sequence. I especially enjoyed the more Iyengar approach to the practice with slower transitions and maintaining poses a little longer. How I missed this post originally I do not know, but I am grateful for finding just what I needed today. Thanks, Adriene, you rock!!
