  1. Slightly stronger than the last time I tried this. I couldn't do everything perfectly but I tried my best on all and my arms feel like shaking limp noodles right now. I'm going to keep trying this now and again until I am strong enough to have to do it a second time because the first wasn't enough, LOL!

  2. My neck really hurts even with the hammock thumbs trick and looking up and back. I end up stopping before my abs give in – not by much, granted – and waiting for the tears to stop welling and my neck to stop seizing. Any tips? I've also tried hands at the temples, at the top of back, cactus arms… 🙁

  3. I've used this video before, but never fully paid attention to how my body reacted to it. My ankle is still tender from spraining it back it September, and a lot of the exercises irritated my wrist problems (arthritis). I did have to take break every now and then, but I didn't give up. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time now, and I have only been seeing results recently. I am finally down below 170lbs. My weight gain came from a late hypothyroidism diagnosis, as well as a side effect of birth control, so for most of my life I have been on the bigger side. This video was great, it reminded me that I can still workout, I just need to listen more to what my body is saying. Thank you Adriene.

  4. Mmm, Day 8 of HOPE , I have done this practice before but this time I concentrated on your finer details Adriene and wow what a difference it made. I really felt the heat and met my edge especially in those side planks. I did my senior version with one knee down. It worked for me as I could enjoy the moment with everyone and not miss out ! But I really welcomed those short child’s poses 😂. I love the feeling I get after that full body core workout. I admit I got up real slow after but I am still enjoying that awesome body tingle I get from giving it my best effort. See you tomorrow for some horsey yoga. If it comes late to England I may swap again with Monday’s practice🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

  5. After a couple of weeks of gentle yoga during trying times I feel the need to rebuild my strength. Maybe I jumped in too soon with this one, but remembering your wise words Adriene to be mindful I adjusted to suit my body and did my version of the more challenging moves.
