  3. Hum, so I spent 3/4 of the video into child pose but it's okay, and your calming voice and words comforted me
    On another note, I wanted to tell you that yesterday, for the first time, I did a yoga session all by myself. No time for the yoga revolution challenge but I could feel my body craving for it (maybe bc I was getting sick, ugh). And I was so happy to realize how well I could listen to my body while choosing which position get into. It's all thanks to you Adrienne! Thank you!

  4. well, I tried this one on the first day of my period when the cramps are mild but the energy is low. it felt comfortable and proud that I didn’t have to skip yoga today. at the end, I tweaked the affirmation a bit and said, “my menstrual system works perfectly!” Thank you once again! one suggestion, if I may…if you mention it in the video or description that a particular sequence is also recommended for period days or during pregnancy, etc that would help many women. (so far I have found 2 more such videos on your channel- yoga for pms & cramps and dedicate day 8)
