  1. I just finished todays practice and yup I have a new perspective and its that I still new more practice like my newbie brain is like, woohoo 5 months of consistent practice means that good I can handle this practice no problem, then reality stepped in and was like, NOPE! you're still a newbie , lolz but I feel wonderful now I learned a lot in todays practice so thank you Adriene and love yuh and Namaste everyone💞💕🙏.

  2. I never thought I would make it here. Today marks the 200th day I've joined Adriene and everyone else for a daily yoga practice. I'll admit, a couple of the days were a quick 6 min meditation before bed- but I always forced myself to make time to sit on my yoga mat, take a deep breath, and find what feels good for that day. I cannot thank you enough, Adriene, for creating such a loving and supportive community and for giving all of us the gift of an accessible home yoga practice.
