  1. This was an awesome workout!! I just bought a pack of resistance bands, and this video confirmed it was a great purchase. I bought them to help my mom rehab her legs from fracturing her tibia and fibula last fall. She needs to strengthen her legs and lose weight she gained from sitting around all winter. Thank you, ladies, for these perfect workouts!!

  2. From what I've learned as part of my fitness journey, you don't get to choose where you loose weight. You can start in your thighs then see less in your arms and then abs but you can't spot reduce, only spot tone. So you can't prevent loosing in your bust area, especially because breasts are essentially adipose (fat) tissue. I'm not at my top fitness stature but I love my body; all I can recommend is you choose to love yourself, small or big bust and all.
